The Scale

I felt thinner today, so I decided to take a peek at the scale after work. 142, my friends! I'm hoping that will stick around tomorrow morning - or go below. Either way, it's a new low I think. Elliptical is paying off.

Btw...I love the Lean Cuisine spa cuisine classics- especially the Chicken in Peanut Sauce. mmm hmmm.... I swear I almost licked the container to make sure I didn't miss any of the sauce. They only use whole grain pasta or rice. I will be stocking up on these next trip to the grocery store for sure.
